Private sessions are designed to give you personalized attention – before, during and after our session together. As your private holistic wellness coach , I show up for you and your needs, to meet you exactly where you are.
You’ve spent years showing up for work, family, and everyone in between. Now your body is creaking, your brain is buzzing, and your sleep feels more like a suggestion than a guarantee. You know you need support — but the last thing you want is another “fix everything in 5 steps” plan or a program that makes you feel like a problem to solve.
These sessions are different.
This is a space for working women in their 50s and beyond to reconnect with their bodies, their clarity, and their calm — in a way that’s realistic, respectful of your time, and built around your life.
You have the option to book a single session or a 4 week package
