Welcome to Despoina Samaltani , gentle trauma informed yoga and holistic welness practices (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online yoga classes, holistic wellness services, content, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

 

2. Health Disclaimer

Our Services may include physical activity and holistic practices. By participating:

• You acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and holistic wellness practices.
   

• You understand the risks involved and assume full responsibility for your participation.
   

• Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a physician or qualified health provider before starting any wellness program.
   

If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

 

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
   

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches
   

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

 

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees for our Services are clearly stated on our website. All purchases are final unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

Life happens — I completely understand!  If you need to reschedule or cancel your personal session, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, I can offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting.

I’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you (i usually answer within 24 hours, due to time difference)

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, Blog and anywhere on this site—including videos, text, graphics, and trademarks—is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
