Hi, I'm Despoina Samaltani

I'm a Menopause Movement Coach . I hold certifications in Menopause Coaching, Hatha, Yin, Trauma Informed, Accessible,Yoga Nidra, Silva Method, Theta Healing and Pain Management, and lots of other shorter trainings.

But more importantly? I understand what it's like to wake up feeling like your body belongs to someone else. I know what it's like to feel like everything that used to work... doesn't anymore.

This isn't about fixing you. You're not broken. This is about working WITH your body, not against it.
